Abdul Jabbar Gull

(b. 1969, Mirpurkhas, Pakistan) studied design including ceramics, photography and print making (1990-1992) at National College of Arts Lahore, Pakistan and then obtained a BFA (1993-1996) in sculpture from National College of Arts Lahore, Pakistan. In addition to exhibiting widely across Pakistan and abroad, Gull’s achievements include participation in “Wool Symposium” in Spain (2013) and International Stone Sculpture Symposium, Mosan Museum, Korea (2011). Gull was also awarded the National Excellence Award for sculpture by Pakistan National Council of Arts in 2003 and he founded and became the core committee member of ‘Pursukoon Karachi”. He is currently associated with Studio Seven Art Gallery, Dubai and Karachi as Director.
